This GPS tracker is designed to be powered by any 24 or 12 volt cigarette lighter socket.  It has two working USB charge ports and has no identifying features that would indicate it was a GPS tracker.  It has a small battery backup that will last for 3-4 hours but it is mainly designed to source its power via the cigarette socket.
